Join Becca in Kensington to get your Sunday Funday started! Your $25 ticket includes a 1-hour all levels yoga class at Babycat and 1 beer or beverage of choice all while getting to know your yoga community. All levels of yoga experience are welcomed! Please bring your own mat. Be ready to move, breathe and toast at the end of class!
Fall dates are September 21, October 26 and November 16 (all on Sunday). September’s class will be held outdoors under the deck.

This Rocket 3 masterclass guides you through dynamic variations, seamless transitions, and advanced techniques with detailed instruction and personalized adjustments. We begin with targeted kriyas—preparatory practices that prime your body for challenging asanas including weightless transitions, inversions, and deeper postures. You'll learn to navigate complex sequences with grace by integrating breath, bandha, and drishti, transforming challenge into a practice that flows with power and ease.
