Becca offers a practice that is both welcoming to beginners and challenging for more advanced yogis. She gently guides the class and explains well, while challenging students to give it their best.

Becca is capable of teaching yogis of varying levels and makes challenging Rocket poses seem less intimidating and approachable. She does a really good job of breaking down transitions and arm balances, and gives different options or suggests drills if something isn’t initially clicking. Thanks to her workshop I was able to get into some arm balances that I previously thought that I was incapable of doing! I recommend her Yoga Deep Dives workshop if you want to start or deepen a Rocket yoga practice.

Becca pushes me to challenge myself but makes me feel like it's my idea. She inspires you to do more without putting on the pressure or being pushy. I've never had a teacher that made me want to challenge myself more and the result is that I leave class tired and satisfied with what I did on my mat that session. Becca is an incredible instructor because she knows how to read the room. She meets you where you are, whether that means freshly postpartum (hello, me!) or a badass lifelong yogi.
