This workshop is designed for those of us who sit at desks for most of the day! Are you sick of having tight, rounded shoulders? Do you want to learn ways to move at your desk mindfully? Becca will lead you through a 60 minute yoga flow targeting your hips, shoulders, and hamstrings to leave you feeling balanced and calm. The last 30 minutes will integrate ways you can stretch and move right at your desk to keep your body feeling great throughout your work week.
